Despite the challenges posed by the pandemic across our community these past few years, the Maui real estate market continues to show strong overall sales, and our team is ready to help you take fullest advantage of the current conditions. With housing inventory remaining tight nationwide, now is a great time for both buyers and sellers to make a move. According to the REALTORS® Association of Maui, while the median sales price for single-family homes decreased 11.5 percent year-over-year to $1.1 million, whereas condominium prices increased 7 percent year-over-year to $877,000. In addition, 12 units in Kihei sold for a total dollar volume of $12.9 million, and 3 homes in Wailea-Makena cleared over $28.1 million in total dollar volume last month, showing no signs of slowing as the summer months approach.
